Despite our best efforts, if the child is not able to progress as per our expected standards, be rest assured we will ourselves ask you to take a break and refund your money since we value every penny that you pay to us as fees. The only precondition is that the child must be attending the classes and doing homework regularly and despite this if we feel the results are not coming, we will happily refund your fees.

At Mathcruise we always form small batches so that we can give individual attention to each and every student. The Abacus online classes are typically one hour long. We take a maximum of 6 students in a single batch and our teacher covers every student turn wise 10 min each. In many big training schools you will find that they enroll 30-40 students in a single batch as a result of which it is practically impossible for the teacher to gauge if the child is actually learning or not. You may find our fees a little higher than others, but is it not better to pay more for less time, instead of keep paying less but for much longer time and that too without effective results. We teach in 1 year what other schools generally take more than 2 years. Decide for yourself.
Our curriculum is clearly defined across 9 levels and is also listed on our website. We do not promote the child to the next level unless we are confident that he has a good hold on the current level. At the end of every level we do a thorough assessment (via online examination) and sometimes we also ask the students to repeat the level if he has major gaps. Many other Abacus schools simply keep promoting the child to higher levels and we have observed that students badly struggle in such cases. Just like schooling where a child in second grade must clear the examination before being promoted to 3rd grade, at Mathcruise we ensure that the child has effectively learnt the current level before promoting him to the next level. Even if it means losing out on our fees of next level.
At Mathcruise, children look forward to attending every class. Our Unique Teaching Methodology ensures that all live classes are interactive which means kids actively participate in conversation. The trainer establishes a strong bond with every child so that it does not look like a boring math class. We make the students practice questions in a fun-filled way where kids compete with each other in a healthy way. We all know that if the kids enjoy the classes, they will eagerly wait for the next class and 50% of the battle is already won at this stage. While this sounds easy, in reality it needs a lot of effort and experience to engage children in positive learning and this is where our experience and expertise comes into play.
You will be surprised to know that most schools do not have copyrighted books. They either borrow or purchase from other vendors, simply because they do not have experienced teachers to develop their own books.Mathcruise team specializes only in Maths courses. We offer all kinds of Math courses, be it School Maths or Vedic Maths classes or even preparation of Math Olympiads. When parents approach us for Abacus for kids, instead of blindly enrolling into Abacus classes we conduct an assessment where we identify the learning needs of the child. We provide genuine guidance and suggest the right course for your child. Many times instead of Abacus, we suggest first focusing on school Maths, or Vedic Maths if the child already has a good handle on arithmetic calculations.
Sometimes the kids are already enrolled in multiple sports or music classes, in which case we ask parents NOT to overload the child. In such cases we advise them to complete those courses first and then enroll with us after a few months (even if it means losing out on our revenue), because if the kids are overloaded it will lead to unnecessary stress which every parent must avoid. It is important to give breathing space to kids and let them enjoy their childhood.
